If you have never tasted mulberry wine, you should. It’s a smooth drink that you can sip on its own or have it accompany your meal.
Only the best hand-picked mulberry fruit is selected for our end product. The fruit is pressed with quality fruit wine yeast added to add to the flavor. The liquid is fermented for more than a month, before we test it to ensure proper thickness and fruity consistency. There is no watering down of our product. The wine is then bottled and corked.
In addition to mulberry wine, we produce other tropical wines, using the same process. The wines include pineapple, lemon and starfruit.
From our abundant banana resource, we select matured sun-dried bananas as the main ingredient for our liquor. We then add a carefully chosen, high-quality rice wine to blend with the bananas and let it ferment for six months or more. Any banana pieces that might be present are removed before bottling.
